Best Hauppauge DVB to use with Expressvu?

Hey, I'm building a PVR for my dad, who has Bell Expressvu. Which Hauppauge DVB boards will work with GB-PVR?

Do Bell Expressvu use regular DVB? I didnt think things in that part of the world used DVB.

Hauppuge Nova-T and Nova-T USB2 are supported.

Hold on some canadian sats use dvb-s (I thought they only used ATSC but I checked it out), so you probably need a dvb-s card assuming bell expressvu is satellite.

Even if they did use DVB, I doubt they broadcast free to air signals.
