Strange auto channel addition problem

Every now and then, new channels get added to my setup and are automatically added to my channel lineup. This screws up my dish network box setup, and I have to delete them manually. I checked my account on zap2it, and apparently they get added there. I am not sure why that happens (it is unique to Sat channels), but then GB-PVR adds them when the guide is updated. Any ideas around this strange behavior?

i have this problem too but best i could guess is that they are new channels, and rather not have them it assumes you want to download them
