Wasn't sure where to post this so decided to put it here.
After many happy months running a dual tuner setup with GBPVR I decided it was time to utilize an extra couple of tuners I've had lying around from 'old' projects. This meant scrapping my beloved Silverstone LC11M case (only 2 expansion slots) and replacing it with a shiny new Silverstone SG01 (v. funky 'shuttle' like case with 4 slots! - definately reccomended for anyone who needs to take full advantage of a M-ATX board).
My new build now has 2 X GDI Black Gold Signature, 1 X Nebula PCI and 1 X Nova T USB 2 (I wired this into a header on the MB and mounted the unit internally to keep everything out of sight). I've gota admit that I was quite worried about how GBPVR would cope but after 4 days heavy testing it's solid as a rock and easily records 4 X DVB channels while watching a pre recorded show at the same time!!
Just out of interest I tried a couple of the 'other' pvr apps with my new config and only one even attempted to work...for about 30 seconds before complete lock up.
Hats off to Sub.....yet again GBPVR proves it's worth. Now I wonder where I could fit a fifth tuner?........
