FF or skip makes gbpvr freeze

I'm encountering this too, and would benefit greatly from a quick walkthrough on:

* Where to find the Ulead decoder
* How to uninstall the one I'm using (Came with WinDVD)
* How to switch to ths Ulead one

I wouldnt bother using the Ulead decoder. Its pretty crap. The significant part of the post you're referring to is the bit where he switched from 'system default' to something else. The Ulead part was not important.

Got it. After some more forum browsing I went & grabbed the Cole2K codec pack and am using the Cyberlink codec. It appears to be doing pretty well (that and the registry tweak a few posts up).
