I dont have a remote with my TV tuner card and I cant figure out how to fast forward through commericals and stuff I dont want to watch Can someone tell me how to do this? Similarlly, I am tryong to fast forward through commercials for the most part. I would like to download some software that cuts out the commercials for me, can soemone give me a link for that too? Thanks

take a look at the wiki for most of what you asked about.

specifically, in the menu on the left there is a link to a 'keyboard reference' page which lists all the keyboard shortcuts for the core program. if you're using any plugins, refer to each plugins page for more specific keyboard shortcuts that are unique to them.

the commercial skipping is done with comskip, you will find a download link if you search for 'comskip' on the forum here and browse the results. its written by Erik and theres tons of info on the forums on how to get it working. Once installed, you enable it iin GBPVRs config app under the 'processing' tab
