web scheduler

Sub, in the config I would suggest disabling the web scheduler by default. I noticed that it is currently enabled by default. Better to not open that up I think unless specifically requested by the user.

Good point, I had intended to do this but forgot. Luckily its on a nice obscure port number that I'm sure users havn't opened in their firewalls [Image: biggrin.gif]

Should be pretty easy to implement and you could use the existing access database to hold the login data, to have a login page for the web based recording so if we choose to open up the website to the outside world we at least have a basic line of defence.

Basically a simple ASP login page.

Yeah that should be no problem. I think we'll use the config.xml file for the username/password though -- thanks for the suggestion.
