Quick Survey: Monitor Not Turning Off?

Do anyone of you who have GBPVR installed on your computers notice that the monitor doesn't turn off even if you have it set in the power settings to turn off after # mins?

Or is it only limited to my computer?

I notice that in general, regardless of GB. Sometimes it just gets activity from somewhere and stays on.
