As implied by the title my recently purchased Nova-T usb2 is failing to scan for channels in GBpvr. the box works fie in Progdvb I have checked the filter name in graphedit and it matches that in bda.ini.[ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

have you installed and registered mpgmux.ax? If not search the forum for this filename for info on how you can obtain it.

Muxchecker reports the following:

Found: CyberLink MPEG Muxer
FILE: C:\WINDOWS\system32\MpgMux.ax
VERSION: 5.0.0727

does this mean it is registered?

I think so yes.

Does wintv2000 work ok?

If you are using vmr9, try changing to overlay.

[edit]: sorry - completely failed to read through 1st post properly.

There seems to be a big chunk of log entries missing. Can zip and attach the config.exe.log aswell?

Can you try explicitly setting the video decoder in the config app instead of relying on the system default to see if it helps? The logs look like its having a problem getting the video decoder to use in the preview window. Let me know.

Just to say I will continue troubleshooting some time in the future, but at the moment the box is working reasonably happily on my pvr machine so working in gbpvr on the laptop is not priority.
Thanks for the help so far.
