TV Guide Update Problem

I have recently changed my guide from Bleb to XMLTV (UK_RT), which now gives me 14 days worth of programmes. The problem i am having is that the times for some programmes seem to change, which then causes GBPVR to have 2 overlapping shows, which both get recorded due to me having 2 tuners.

I am running 96.12 and have the Complete EPG reload option checked. I also have Ignore TBA check in my XMLTV grabber.

I have been monitoring one particular programme (CSI:NY on five on saturday night). It was fine until todays update came down, when i guess the times were changed on it.

So, how does GBPVR work out whether a programmes start/end times have been changed?

Or, alternatively, is there a way to limit the XMLTV grabber to only get 7 days worth of programmes? I'm not really bothered about being able to see 2 weeks in advance, as all my season records will pick things up anyway. Also, it seems to me that alot of the schedule in the 2nd week is "TBA".

Can anyone offer any help, or am i going to have to write a little piece of software to strip out the stuff more than a week in advance?
