Minor Bug in Search Guide Function

I was using the Search TV Guide choice to pick a few programs to record and noticed something rather bad. I had picked two episodes of American Chopper to record and that was fine. Then a few days later looking at the same list I accidentally picked the same episodes again. Since there is no indication that any episodes are selected to record in the Search screen I didn't remember they were already choosen. It let me put them in again with no indication of the duplication. Then I was going through the pending recordings and noticed that both episodes were listed twice and I would assume they would both try to record twice. I don't know if the recording code can handle a file of the exact same name already being there so I deleted them from the pending recordings just to be safe.

I think someone else in the wishlist area asked for some sort of indication of already selected programs in the search guide section. I think this should be extended to include actually responding as it does in the normal tv guide section when you pick an already chosen episode to record. It should some up to allow changes so that you know it is already choosen.

Of course this may be a major P.I.T.A. to implement in that part of the code, I know what that is like. I would think that as long as the code that starts recordings can handle duplicate names then at least we are safe from crashes from this issue. It might cause someone to miss something if the duplicates occupy all their tuners though.
