No tv guide

I used zapit and registered that went fien they saw my cable company and got all my channels. now i dont have a tv guide. i would like to know what is coming on tv. is the tv guide dependant on my cable company? also i haeva theatriz 5500 pro i dont know how to setup the remote for this thing. but other than that everything is fine.

Did you actually setup your EPG in the config app? Did you click the 'Update EPG' button?

If so, and you still dont have any EPG, then can you zip and attach all the *.log files from c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr?
