Web Admin not pretty after upgrades

The Web Admin seems to be very generic looking after recently upgrading to v0.97.9. It looks as though it is not honoring any of the css and not getting any of the colors/fonts/images right. I am sure it is something I have done, but I'm hoping someone can help.

I did also install the EnhancedWebAdmin using the instructions from the wiki. I have tried deleting everything in the \web directory except for the \web\bin folder and unzipping the EWA into the \web directory and it still does not fix it.

I'm attaching a jpg of what it looks like.

P.S. other than that, I'm really jazzed about v0.97.9 - thanks Sub!

Try setting your theme again - it says blank in the picture.
