I have enabled the Web Admin on the Misc2 page of the config utility and added PVRX2, the recording service and port 7647 as exceptions in the Windows firewall on the server. When I try to connect using

http://10.0.0.21:7647

as the URL I get "Server Error in '/gbpvr' Application.
HTTP Error 404 - Not Found.
Version Information: Cassini Web Server 1.0.3228.14980 ".

Any suggestions about what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Thanks. That works. How do you schedule a program to be recorded using the Web interface. The only thing I can see is the Manual Record link at the top of the Guide.

Also, is there a way to view live TV via the Web interface?

Ignore my first question. I see how to set up a recording using the Web interface.

I would still like to know if it is possible to watch live TV using the Web interface.

Yeah, it's possible to watch live TV.

When you are in the guide, select a program and if you have VLC installed, it will give you the option to "Stream Now" wich will start a recording and stream it however you have that set up. You can set the options for bitrate, res, streamer port (which will need to be open on the firewall too I think)

The stream can be opened in WMP or VLC (either as an external app, or in the webpage)
You can stream live or previosuly recorded programs, plus movies from the video library.
