Has anyone else experienced this problem? Your help in helping me determine the cause of the problem would be appreciated.

I have attached an image of the event property from within the event viewer. If you need other information let me know and I will provide it.

Generaly things seem to work ok although I always get an error message when I exit out of GBPVR. My Music also doesn't seem to work. It will play one song and not go on to the next. Not sure if this has anything to do with the runtime error or not. I have tried disabling zone alarm to see if it was part of the problem although no difference.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your log files and I'll take a look.

After lookimg at the logs, it appears as though the runtime error is occiring when I exit out of GBPVR. If you don't mind looking at the logs when you get a chance and see if anything comes to mind that would be appreciated. I did remove most of the plugins except for Xrecord (my mistake) I also used the default blue skin. I made sure the Windows Media Player is current and updated. Not too sure what else I should be looking for.

Any pointers would be appreciated. I get an Error has occurred message each time I exit out of GBPVR.

Some users have had a problem like this caused by enabling the 'use direct access to hauppauge remote'. I see you've got this setting enabled. Can you try temporarily disabling it to see if it was the cause?

It wont generate this error from the next release. (hopefully... I havnt been able to test it myself)

Sub,
You are correct. I disabled that and did not have the runtime error after exiting out of GBPVR.

So I am guessing that problem is pretty isolated to that one event of exiting GBPVR and should not be causing any other issues? SOunds like you have an idea of how to resolve it in the next release.

Not sure if it is related or not... but now that I have disabled the 'use direct access to hauppauge remote' my My Music is now working. Before it would play the 1st song and then quit. Now it continues on to the next song.

Remote still works so I need to determine the purpose of enabling the feature as everything still works fine remote wise.

Thanks Sub!!!
