Hauppauge HVR-1300, DVB-T filter missing?

Sounds like something is up with your Windows installation rather than a fault with the card.

I'm reinstalling windows with a different distro right now. Hopefully it will help!

Indeed a fresh install of windows solved it!

Still a bit of a mystery though; why doesn't the hvr-1300 driver work, but roslyn does?
