Yac working on one pc but on the other

Hi, thought some people here might be able to help. I have been trying to get Yac to work my xp pc, Instead of the Yac popup displaying, a windows balloon tip appears with the incomming phone number. Installed yac on my other pc and it workes fine. But it has never shown a windows baloon popup.
I gather that is why it is not working on my other PC. Has anyone got any Ideas how to stop windows from taking over the incomming call information?
