Comclean Not Working Anymore

After the program cleans the mpg, it produces the original.mpg ok but the other mpg disappears now. Thereafter, gbpvr does not see the lost mpg file.

Using 1.08 with patch, comclean 0.6 and comskip 79.98. AverMedia M780 and Hauppauge 500, winxp, 2gb, athlon64 5000.

If you re-installed comclean, make sure framerate is set properly in comclean.bat. I had similar problems and it worked after changing framerate from PAL to NTSC.
