Hi All,
Now that I my OnAir GT with my Emuse card I receive an "Attempted to read or write protected memory error" whenever I watch live tv. I can play previously recored items but live TV doesn't work. Looking for suggestions?

Thank you,
Ben

The system is still recording and I am able to update the shows to be recorded - But...

When I select "Live TV" it returns the error "Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."

I'll attach the relevant logs for further advice, but the full error is:
08/01/2007 8:48:36 AM.078 ERROR [1] Error: msg=0x202 (WM_LBUTTONUP) hwnd=0x1027c wparam=0x0 lparam=0x14100a3 result=0x0 : System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
at DirectShowPlayerBase.playLiveStream(DirectShowPlayerBase* , IGraphBuilder* pGB, Char* sourcePreviewFilterName, Char* pinPreviewName, Char* sourceCaptureFilterName, Char* pinCaptureName, Char* sourceAudioFilterName, Char* pinAudioName, Char* sourceVBIFilterName, Char* pinVBIName, Boolean deinterlaceRequired, HWND__* ownerHwnd)

It would seem with my limited knowledge that there is a problem with DirectX (and seems to correlate with my installation of the AVS Trial yesterday with did some sort of DirectX update) but I have removed AVS and reinstalled DirectX and GBPVR without any joy.

Seems I also changed the Playback decoders to "InterVideo" from System Default...

Changing them back to "System Default" has given me back my Live TV.
