There is no built in integration, but you can problably use the tversity software to transcode and stream recorded shows to your xbox360.

TVersity works okay (eventually - it's a ^%#$^@^ to set up), but the drawback I found was that any directory structure you may have for videos is lost - plus you have to a delay while everything is transcoded to wmv. Plus, it didn't index all my music correctly; it was missing about 60%.
I played with it for a while out of novelty value, but GBPVR still blows the doors off it. I don't know, but I doubt you could use it as any sort of GBPVR client (I think sub has addressed this before and it requires a $99 annual licence or something). It will be interesting to see how the IPTV pans out on the xbox360 later this year, but I bet you have to pay an extra live subscription for it....
