Two .NET Runtime 2.0 Errors

I noticed the visual studio debugger kicked up and I saw these two errors in the event viewer..

Any thoughts what went wrong? Logs attached.

What were you doing at the time, and what did you see happen?

As far as I know, nothing (unless my wife was doing something?). Unfortunately I was at work at the time.

When I got home tonight, a Visual Studio box had come up asking if I wanted to debug it.

I'm attaching a clip of my event log since 1/18. Looks like the recording service was starting & stopping over & over for some reason today.

FWIW, I've also seen a .NET error recently. I don't remember exactly what the error said, and it didn't seem to effect anything. It happened when a show file was being processed by the Comclean batch file at the point when Cuttermaran was ending and mplex1.exe about to begin. The process batch froze until I cleared the error message. GBPVR was recording a show at the time as well.
