From your logs it looks like the device is managing to lock on to some of the frequencies, but is not delivering any data. I dont really have suggestions for next steps for resolving this.

Hi Sub,

I'm wondering if it could have something to do with my drivers - having to use some beta drivers to get the device running under Vista - I'll try gbpvr under my XP laptop and see if there's an improvment

Good news - the XP laptop is scanning and finding transponders! Could it be that the drivers I have used under Vista contain different commands? I'm not an expert in dll's but if anyone would like to have a look at my drivers, I'd be happy to send... Undecided

Thanks Sub!

The vista drivers could be broken. Have you seen the device work with any other software on your vista setup?

Hi Sub - yeah, I use the vista laptop all the time, with progdvb and dvbdream.... they don't have their own built in drivers do they?

Thanks!
