Hopefully its not just the PVR150 timestamp error making you think the duration is different to what it really is: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=14006

Yes, that had occurred to me, so I used a stopwatch to time it...I'll do a few more tests though - including shows which appear to work as expected.
I'm very pleased with the pre-padding though, it was right on the money...

I think it has to do with the "prefer alternative tuners" setting in config.xml.
Tonight I had Shortland Street scheduled on TV2 from 1900-1930 with the usual big padding and Survivor on TV3 (I'd just like to point out that these programs aren't for me ;] ) with a small amount of pre-padding. It flicked across and maintained the use of the 'good' tuner (connected to Sky). This happened at 1930 on the dot... ...so it looks like it also ignores the padding when this happens... I'd say that for me, the best setting could be true for preferring alternative tuners and true for try to honour padding - any thoughts? The only downside to this that I can see is that we have crappy TVOne reception, so there's going to be a situation where it's going to catch me out at some stage and alternate the the antenna tuner. - Having said this, my usual method of trying to make sure the Sky tuner is used for TVOne (always make sure that I schedule the TVOne recording first - it's the primary tuner) doesn't always work...so no real loss!! I know this has been brought up before and isn't really that relevant to the padding issue, but do you think it would ever be possible to have a way of specifying the tuner for a recording? Perhaps an option on the recording setup screen near the quality setting? Perhaps even one that as default is disabled. I realise that this isn't a problem for many people, but I'm sure others could use it...

Hi Everyone, Where abouts would i find this xmltvnz program? Ive search the wiki and cant find any reference to it. Its not list on any of the plugins or utilities either?

Alternatively you can run the DvbToXmltv utility to extract DVB listings (Sky + Freeview) to an xmltv file.

hey guys, I'm working on a Universal XMLTV enhancer.
http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=31472 Would any of you in NZ be able to PM me if you could send me via email a zipped sample of your xmltv files? I'll PM back with my external email address. I'd like a sample of the output from Reven's grabber and the dvbxml. Thanks
