Server/Client(99.12) LiveTV problem

With 99.12 I have an issue with Live TV. I run both the server and client in timeshift mode and I am only able to watch Live TV on one. It does not matter which one I start first it works but when starting the second it stays on the "Starting Timeshift PLease Wait" until I exit. I have 4 tuners so this should not be a problem and everything works fine using version 99.5.
I have attached the logs for both the server and the client. I first started live tv on the server(worked) and then on the client(failed). After backing out to the menu on both I started live tv in the client first(worked) and then the server(failed).
Any idea what I may of did wrong?

I cant see anything obvious in the logs.

Does a new live tv file get created in the live tv buffer directory? Is the file growing?

Let me try it again and will verify.

I had already reverted back to 99.5 so I decided to do a fresh install instead of an upgrade and everything appears to work.
