weird hd display

hd display on one channel is cut in half with the display in the upper half and the lower hal alternating white and black snow bars. I can watch all my other hd channels fine and in fact theis channel broadcasts 2 channels from the same transmitter and I can watch the 2nd chanel fine. I can also watch the show fine if I record it first. Only livetv is affected. A screen shot is here: http://www.howudodat.com/gbpvrscreen.jpg

I'm guessing you've got an nvidia video card? If so, its probaly the nvidia aspect ratio bug. Options include disabling hardware acceleration in the decoder, or switching to VMR9 Custom renderer, or using old nvidia drivers.
