When i transcode using any version 99, I get poor DIVX bit rates even when they should be around 1400bps
I use the same string on both pcs:
<Conversion name="DivX" cmd="-y -i {SOURCE_FILE} -f avi -ab 224 -ac 2 -acodec mp3 -vcodec mpeg4 -b 1400 -aspect 16:9 -s 600x338 -vtag DIVX {DEST_FILE}" targetExtension=".avi" />
Front end server, windows 2003, DIVX 6.4, GBPVR 98.13b produces files at around 1400bps
Recording and file server, windows 2003, DIVX 6.4, GBPVR 99.12 produces files at 300bps
Any ideas anyone, should i roll back the recording server?
