I see mention of the Cyberlink video codecs. I was wondering where I can download these. I also see mention of an ATI version and a regular version. I have a Radeon 9800. Would this mean I need the ATI version?

It will ask you to insert your original driver CD to verify the product.

Cyberlink and ATI ared related because of the bundled software. Usually you will have an install for Cyberlink PowerDVD which would install the basic version of the Cyberlink decoder. The higher end ones that some people talk about are purchasable and are either paid for or pirated... therfore not easily attainable. I have seen reference to the cyberlink decoder avilable within the Cole2k driver pack. But was unable to get it working. I ended up buying the nVidia PureVideo decoder... I have recently seen a couple of very good FREE decoders that are full featured... Quote:Some commonly used free MPEG2 decoders which are VMR compatible can be found at the links below.
