Help with ffmpeg

I'm trying something I saw on another thread, but I don't have ffmpeg compiled...

Could somebody help me?

but there are holes in it.

From past experience compiling, ffmpeg is real pain in the butt. You'd be better off downloading one of the pre-compiled binaries.

what are you trying? does it require special mods to ffmpeg? if not, much easier to use pre-compiled ffmpeg..
there are even ones out there that do dvr-ms, etc pre-modded...[check dvrmstoolbox site]

i wish someone could add flv and streaming input...hehe

The version of ffmpeg included with GB-PVR can convert to and from flv.
