I have upgraded from 99.12 to 1.08 on a W2K3 server based on a Foxconn MB with nVidia 6150 chipset. It contains one PVR500MCE, one PVR150 and I am using on board graphics.
If I start PVRX2 the machine crashes completely and reboots. No problems with GBPVR. Also using PVRX2 as MediaMVP server does not create a problem. To see if it is in the upgrade procedure, I have made a backup of my old installation, uninstalled everything and made a fresh install. Also then the system crashed immediately. Thereafter I uninstalled my decoder but with same result.
The event viewer gives error code 10000050, parameter1 bc5ce648, parameter2 00000000, paramter3 f6387648, parameter4 00000002
I have enclosed the (zipped) logfiles but I don't seen anything unusual. Any idea?

I'm guessing its something to do with your onboard video drivers and their support for Direct3D.

I have tried several versions of the official nVidia videodrivers, most recent versions and older versions. Even if it has to do with lacking and/or insufficient support for Direct3D on the Geforce 6150 should PVRX2 not step out more gracefully Big Grin

If you get a reboot or blue screen, then its most likely something flakey in the drivers (or hardware). If PVRX2 tries to use a device and it blue screens, there is no way it can handle it gracefully - Windows is toasted at this point.
