It has to do with the response to keyboard (remote) key-strokes.
For example, say you are in the main menu, and you hit quickly 3 times down-arrow.
It will sometimes move only two items down (depends how fast you hit). But what makes it worse, is that you will hear 3 response clicks, as if it did move 3 times down.
It's like it doesn't have a buffer of key-strokes - if it didn't finish the move (with the "animation"), then the rest of the movements are lost.
Do you understand what I mean?
