PVRX2 jerky GBPVR not

I am having the a problem with the jerky video. I am hoping someone else has found a solution. I have a nvidia Geforce FX5200 2 head card. I am able to run GBPVR perfect on the 2nd monitor. I could run PVRX2 until a few days ago but my machine locked up when PVRX2 was running. I crapped out the PVRX2. So I thought I would just download the newest one. What a mess. I found this thread and have tried several of the suggestion. Things I have tried: dscale5, -fse, nvidia trial decoder. Nothing works. I am not sure what the different is between the primary monitor and the 2nd? Has anyone requested them to put the vrm7 back in the next version. I think that is what worked in the previous PVRX2. If someone can give me some more things to try I would be grateful.
