GBPVR 1.0.16 Vista Ultimate install crash

****sorry for double post...getting invision board database error when I tried to post resulting in a double post...delete this or the other please*****


When I tried to install 1.0.16 on Vista 32-bit ultimate the install halted with this message:

Error 1904 module c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\psiparser.ax failed to register. hresult -2147010895


I clicked retry and same error. Ignore continued the installation but only the skin came up on the config file.

A repair of gbpvr produced a .net framework error..(below)

Any ideas? Vista Ultimate was fully updated, HD2600XT video card, Theatre 550 pro, 2 GB Ram E6550 duo, Gigabyte GA-P35 DS3L motherboard.
