Show recorded, but GB-PVR thinks it failed

This morning, GB-PVR said that the recording it was supposed to make last night failed. However, the file was in the capture directory.

I have attached what I hope are the pertinent log files.

There are some messages in there about the database being locked, which I suspect stopped it from being able to update the recording status. Its hard to tell why that might have occurred, but if you set <LogSQL>true</LogSQL> in config.xml, then post the logs when it next happens, then I'll take another look for you.
