pvrx2 has stopped talking to my USB-UIRT

Had a problem with my epg so decided to delete the recording source and add it back again. Using a PVR250 I added back the source, selected the filename for the XML epg and for the channel changer selected USB-UIRT. Then pointed to the config file I had saved for my cable box (TelstraClear cable box) and had been using for the past two years.

But now pvrx2 doesn't seem to want to talk to the USB-UIRT. Just doing a quick check like selecting a programme in the guide and pressing watch, the channel doesn't change.

A check of the gbpvrRecordingServiceeexe.log shows the following code:

so pvrx2 seems to want to change the channel but nothing happens.

And this all worked before I deleted the source and added it back.

Anybody have any ideas I could try? Does somebody have a config file for the TelstraClear (NZ) cable box I could try to use.

As an aside I tried to relearn the remote but when I initiate the learn sequence, the config application asks to press the number "1" but then doesn't wait for the signal and then asks for "2" etc. and eventually getting to "9"

Anyways, as attached. This is the digital in-home box (I assume they only have one model?)

I assume a restart or unplug / replug of the usbuirt didn't help?

I noticed that my uirt can sometimes just stop working, so I used devcon to restart it every few hours (bit of overkill, but means I shouldn't miss a recording)
(I've attached the text of the batch file I use. You'll need to download devcon from microsoft, and change the path to suit)

Thanks. Will try it out. What happened was it was working fine and had been for a while. As I noted I just deleted the source because I was having problems with the EPG. Then added it all back, chose USB-UIRT as the channel changer and pointed to the Saturn file I had created a way back. But it didn't work

Unplugged and plugged back the USB-UIRT, Windows complained about not installing the device and I re-installed it okay. Then tried the lmlearner(?) application and it sort of worked

Will try again tonight when I get back home

Thanks. Your file did the trick. No idea why the file I used to use and worked, no longer does now. Who knows?
