EPG - Cabpture Source Problems

I've been having troubles with zap2xml, so I decided to switch back to yapi2xml since i see it is now working. For some reason, some of the channels from an old capture source are not going away. This is screwing up the channel numbers for the new capture source. I've deleted all sources and then re-added yapi2xml, but those old channels are still there. I have no idea how to get rid of them.

The easiest way to fix it up is to delete your database file (gbpvr.db3) then fire up the config app and recreate you capture sources.

and if you do as sub suggests make sure you export your recordings so you can re-import them.
