Problems with MVP

No nothing, but I started the pvrx2 and then turned on the mvp and it works perfect.

Do I have to have pvrx2 running in a window for it to work?

No. If you look in the task manager process list you'll see that PVRX2.exe was already running, since this is the MVP server.
