EPG Fine in GBPVR, Data Missing in PVRX2

The forum search keeps crapping out on me so I'm posting instead. Hope this hasn't been answered already. If so, please point me to the post.

The EPG in GBPVR is fine, but in PVRX2 all channels say "(no show details)." I am using VistaEPg2XmlTv for guide data. I don't see any errors in the logs.

Had you previously used zap2it? If so, this can cause a mixed up mess of the two sets of channels. GBPVR.exe always shows the empty channels at the end of the list, where as PVRX2.exe will show them in order of channel number regardless of whether they're empty or not.

The easiest get rid of any past zap2it data that is causing this, is to delete your database, then fire up the config app and recreate your capture source. (ie, effectively starting again from a clean database)

Wow. Instant reply. It was very strange to have EPG data fine in GBPVR but nothing in PVRX2. Whatever it was, I started over by deleting all EPG data and channels in config, ran the "fix channels" option in the mce2xmltv gui, reconverted the MCE epg to xmltv, and updated the EPG. All is good.

Love the program & the forum. I've always found the answer to questions/problems. Have a few seconds of MVP stutter occasionally that I assume is related to other services/programs running on the PC, but haven't been able to track it down. Is there any freeware that will log the times programs run?
