I wanted to try this because I've heard of some people have pretty good results, and it works with my aver m780 card. But, for some reason there is a pause or stutter every 5-10 seconds. I've enabled live preview mode and disabled de-interlacing.

These sorts of problems are common when you set the deinterlacing to 'none'. This is why only recommend people use it set to 'encoder pass-through', this adds a delay though, which will suck for game play.

I dont recommend people use GB-PVR for this type of purpose.
