I too am getting duplicates recorded.

it may be because of the guide.
I just finished upgrading to the new version.
the guide shows all channels in the order they should be.
but it then shows all the channels again in alphabetical order by channel name.
is it recording twice because every channel is listed twice??

did you get tuners working or not ?

have you added channels manually then updated the epg ?
you might be best to either remove all channels then do an epg update
or if you know which ones you added manually remove them

fire Wrote:I have two Hauppauge Nova-S Satellite tuners. All my recordings are being recorded by both tuners so I end up with two copies of every show. I have upgraded from 1.0.16 to 1.1.5, and earlier versions before that. I have tried setting up the recordings via MVP and PVRX2. Have also tried deleting cards and reconfiguring them, and still get doubled up recordings. Any ideas appreciated!
Try applying this patch: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=2...stcount=35, then do an empty EPG on each capture source. After all capture sources are empty, then do the update epg.

Thanks Sub. This seems to have worked great. I applied that patch as per the instructions and I checked the database, there are now no double ups in the programme table. I also checked Pending Recordings and looks good there too. Will check tomorrows recordings and see how they go.
