Yeah, their Divx is software. There is a subtle difference between the US and UK product descriptions.

USA Processor: 750MHz or faster. 1.8GHz P4 or faster to play DivX movies.
UK Pentium processor: 750 Mhz or faster (Divx transcoding requires 1.8Ghz or higher)
