Hi there,
I have a few streaming client PCs running version 1.1.5. Since the day I updated them to 1.1.5, I noticed that PVRX2 did not display the OSD when watching Live TV or a recording. The keyboard shortcuts work fine. Is this a known issue or is the problem external to GB-PVR (like decoders, renderers, muxs issues)?

All the client PCs are configured as follow:
Blue skin, CyberLink video decoders, VMR9 video renderer, Streaming, DVR-MS (I tried ATI MPEG and had same problems), DirectX9c.

We've been using the GBPVR instead because of the problems mentioned above. But GBPVR does not look as kewl as PVRX2 and its OSD locks-up the video if I try to do fast-forward (chapter skip works fine, though).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can get this behaviour if you use a decoder that isnt compatible with VMR9... like most old Cyberlink decoders. Either use a different decoder, or google for registry settings to enable VMR support (I think registry setting was called something like EnableVMR9=1).

Yep, you were right, sub. I replaced the Cyberlink decoder with the ATI decoder and now PVRX2 clients display the OSD.

Thanks again.
