GBPVR on PCH HTTP Server List

Yeah, though I've pretty much abandoned that in favour of the newer mvpmcx2 client Martin has developed (with a little help from me).

This original PCH HTTP bridge was a first attempt at a client back before it was possible to run native applications on the PCH. Now we can run binaries directly on the PCH, mvpmcx2 is a much better approach.
