Hey guys. I've been trying to fix this problem for a few days and am striking out, so I thought I'd ask the experts here.

A few weeks ago my wife went to play a DVD before GB-PVR was running, and the Windows autoplay notification popped up asking what program she wanted to watch the DVD with. Not knowing any better, she double clicked Windows Media Player and also checked the box that read "Don't ask this question again".

So now every time I go to watch a DVD, WMP autoplays it. Is there a way to make this stop?

From memory ... try holding the Shift key down while you insert the DVD. I think this will bring up the "What shall I use ..." dialog box again.

Good luck

Highlight the DVD drive in Windows Explorer then select properties.

Goto to the autoplay tab and set what you want it to do (I assume 'do nothing').
