I have GB PVR, the latest version, and a plextor USB PVR. GB pvr used to work fine on my computer with some minor problems, it would miss a show here & there because of errors, but it worked for the most part.

All of a sudden on day the TV guide is empty. I logged into zapit and everything is ok... I have not modified anything... and the listings are updated regularly. I can not use GB pvr anymore because it can not find my TV listings anymore. It shows the channel/time grid, but it is all blank (black) can anyone help me figure out what is wrong? Thanks!

zap2it changed their data format a couple of weeks back, so you have to be running v0.23.13 for it to get guide data successfully.

delirium, do you have the Intervideo WinDVD Creator software installed? It was shipped on the CD that came with your Plextor unit, and is required for it to function with GB-PVR.

Either way, try viewing Live Tv then email all your logs to me at support@devnz.com

I do my best to help people out, but have long since realised that I cant answer every question  - - even though I tried to for almost a year. Remember, even if I'm not answering every question, I'm not sitting on my bum. I'm working very hard on improving GB-PVR.

I am sure you answer as much as you can..

I have posted about 4 times about it and was getting frustrated.

I am downloading it now (takes about 20 minutes as its all my satellite channels)...

Will email the logs after

But do remember in cases like this Sub is always going to ask for log files. An email of the logs plus a description of the problem, maybe a link to the relevant post would move things along for you.

I'm not defending anyone but this forum is getting bigger everyday and tracking all posts is, I'm sure, not easy so its possible to miss these things.

Stick with it, Sub's turnaround time is still faster than commercial products [Image: smile.gif]

Cheers,
Colin.
