Hi folks, I've just installed gbpvr, and it doesn't give me an option to use it as a recording source. The newest drivers from plextor are installed, as is windvd creator and the divx player bundle. The Plextor gocap application seems to work. What am I missing?

Sorry, but support for this device was dropped a few releases back.

This device was always very buggy with GB-PVR, and there were very very few users that had this device, so I decided it wasnt worth the effort.

Sorry, I only keep the current release on the web server, and delete older versions. Someone else might be able to PM you a download link though if they have copies of old versions. Its been a good couple of years since I tested one of these devices, so you'd probably need to go back to about v0.95. (It never worked well with these devices though, so I'm guessing you'll be disappointed)

I would really like to see continued support for the Plextor device. It worked very well before and I do not want to replace GBPVR if I do not have to.

Sorry, there is no chance support for these devices will be returning. The reality is that only a very small number of users here had one, and they had buggy drivers and required a lot of ong-going work to support.

I finally decided it was no longer worth the effort to continue to support this very different device.
