A few Comskip questions.

I have looked in the forums and I can find no clear cut answers for what I'm looking for.

I would like to know how to set comskip to ignore some channels (301, 302, 303, 304 & 305)

I would also like to know how to use Skip Tools to fine tune comskip.

Lastly, I would like to find out how to cut the commercials out to make my files a little smaller.

I don't necessarily need this all to happen automaticly, because of the problems I've been having with comskip, I'd like to make sure I'm not cutting parts out of my shows before the comercials are deleted, also I will only be cutting them out of shows I plan on keeping long term.

If anyone has a clear cut answer, it would be very helpful.

Inside the comskip distribution zip file there is an example of a postprocessing.bat file that shows how to skip comskip processing on certain channels.
Basically you have to check the second argument (the channel number) when postprocessing.bat is started (or paralelprocessing if you want to use that)
