Control with Remote

I understand that a remote can be used to control the functionality of GB-PVR. What I am unsure of is how much functionality. I want to be able to control everything without using a keyboard and mouse. Is this possible? Also this computer will not have a capture card in it. It will just be used as a media computer to play Music and Videos on the TV that are stored on the network server. What remote receiver can I use that will work with GB-PVR.

pretty much any remote can work with gbpvr, but a program like girder (or the software that comes with the remote) will be needed to use this. gbpvr only supports hauppauge remote and mce remotes without this. so if you dont have a remote and looking at getting one, i suggest an mce remote.

also the remote will be able to control EVERY ASPECT OF GBPVR (just to be clear [Image: smile.gif]
