I installed MDapifilter 2.1.1 and the GBPVR fix and am now getting error messages when attempting to scan satellites. On first scan I get,

"GBPVR was unable to start the BDA device you configured..."

I can get around this by deleting the capture source and re-adding it but then receive another error...

"Index was outside the bounds of the array"

... which appears to be coming from the NativeUtilities.dll file in the attached log.

Do you have the scanning patch from the survival guide thread installed?

If so, do a scan, then zip and attach both the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

additional information:

I have two BDA devices. One an HVR1600 and the other an ADS Tech PTV-314 DVB-S card.

Also I did replace both PVRX2.exe and NativeUtilities.dll with those marked as a GBPVR Fix in the MDAPIFilter 2.1.1 release.

Thanks

Did you apply the GBPVRTSMon.ax patch I refered to above?

If so, do a scan, then zip and attach both the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

I did apply the patch you mentioned and did the scans. Sorry about the logs it was just an oversite. I've attached both now.

I cant see any clear reason in the logs.

If you disable the multidec support in the config app, does the problem go away?
