Do you see your chappens listed in the config app?

Did you try deleting that hidden directory I mentioned?

If you've done both of these, then zip and attach the logs again and I'll take a look.

It sounds like you still havnt set up the EPG in your capture source then. You need to set this up for it to know what channels you have.

That doesnt sounds like a filename of a xml file containing tv listings. You need to download and run a utility that creates these files. See http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manual/EPG#toc15 for some common utilities for this in north america.

Hi
I am wondering about the route we are taking. My config is.
Cable box to HDPVR(via component) to PC. I don't really need EPG at this time.
My highest interest is to get the live TV working.
When I click on live TV i do not get another screen or anything.

Sorry, but thats how GB-PVR works. Its function is designed around having an EPG available. If you really dont want to use an EPG then another app might suit you better.
