NMT DVD Issues

I decided to try another ISO and it seemed to work fine. Maybe the ISO I have has some issues. Thanks again for all your help.

I seemed to have gotten myself stuck again. I moved everything over to a new HD and setup the share just like before. I am able to telnet into the directory and see everything on the NMT, but every time I try to play a "VIDEO_TS" Folder I get a "could not play" and if I try an ISO I get an endless black screen to where I have to reboot the NMT. I'm sure I fiddled with something, I just can't figure out what. I'm still not running a firewall so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue. And I did try to changing the mvptranscode to True with no luck. I was hoping you could take a look at the log files and tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

Now that you have added a second drive you need a second mkdir/share in your script.cgi.

However if F: is actually another share you would have use
mkdir /mnt/F\:\\Movies1 but the IP for the mount source would be the IP of the share and not your server. The destination would be /mnt/F\:\\Movies1

Thanks for the info but I alrady did that. I attached script.cgi in my previous post along with the logs. I was able to telnet into the directory and see everything that is on the drive. Any other thoughts?

I'm repeating what I said the first time around, the next thing to check is permissions. Sometime you can see a file but not read it, one way to test this is

cp /mnt/F\:\\Movies1/folder/filename /dev/null

I ran the test. When I did it with some files jpg, ifo and bup's it didn't seem to have a problem. But when I ran it with VOB and ISO's it seemed fine for a couple of seconds then the telnet session comes back with "killed" and then "connection lost" I have to wait a minute or so to telnet back in. If I telnet back in before waiting it comes up for a second or so and automaticaly kills the connection. Is this normal?

This is not normal, at least in my experience.
