Title pretty much says it all. I'm getting curious about GB-PVR on Vista. Hows the performance on identical hardware and with high demand video like HD?

I have GBPVR running on 2 Vista Ultimate systems with no problems. One is just using analog but the other has 2 OCUR Tuners, 1 HVR1600 and 1 ATI650 Pro. The system is more than 2 years old....Dell XPS, 3GHZ with 3 GB of ram and it purrs. I also use Vista's Media Center with the MS TVPack 2008 which use the Cable Card tuners and GBPVR's HD files are exactly the same....perfect. Media Center uses .wtv files but other than that, I've had very few problems with ATSC. I can't answer questions on QAM.
I rarely run XP anymore either.

Fine here. Standby/resume seems far more reliable, too.
